The 1988-built Finlay Crisp Centr on the corner of Constitution Avenue and London Circuit, consists of three buildings Customs House, Allara House and The Nara Centre surrounding a plaza in the middle.

The buildings needed restoration and the project was the largest adaptive reuse in Canberra, which involved new floors, end-of-trip facilities, office area and sustainability features.

Parliament Constructions was engaged with PBS Building on the new office fit-out including construction of new plasterboard walls, glazed partitions, grid ceilings, perforated timber ceilings, timber batten ceilings and door frames and hardware.

The challenge of this project is to complete a large scale of office-fit out work within an intense program and corporate with all other trades. Parliament Constructions applied a systematised approach which is well planned at the beginning, wisely allocated our workforce and materials.
